"Sunday Hotels" Ltd provides services in the field of hotel accommodation, ensuring a comfortable and cozy environment for its guests. The company has identified the need for investments related to the use of renewable energy sources and the improvement of energy efficiency, which will not only support the prevention of climate change but will also reduce dependence on fluctuations in fossil fuel and electricity prices. Taking these factors into account, "Sunday Hotels" Ltd has developed the present project proposal, which foresees the implementation of a 94 kW battery with inverter, enabling efficient storage and management of electricity produced by the already existing photovoltaic system, as well as the installation of a 48 kW heat pump for heating and cooling. These technological solutions will optimize the energy consumption of the site, reduce dependence on electricity and thermal energy from conventional sources, and contribute to lowering carbon emissions. The project of "Sunday Hotels" Ltd will simultaneously contribute to reducing energy intensity and achieving greater operational sustainability, limit greenhouse gas emissions, and support the acceleration of the transition towards climate neutrality, while enhancing the company’s competitiveness.
