"Bushev" EOOD is a family enterprise, the main activity of which is the production and processing of metal products/details used for the production of industrial insulation. At the time of application, the company employed 13 people on employment contracts. The production activities are carried out in its own building, including a workshop, warehouses and an administrative part, located at 57 Panorama road, Dimitrovgrad, region. Haskovo.
Currently, the processing and production of the metal elements, from which the company subsequently builds industrial insulation at its sites, is mainly done by hand. The production process includes the use of raw material - a roll of aluminum, galvanized or stainless sheet (weighing 500 kg or 1000 kg), which undergoes the following processing processes: unfolding; cutting; drilling holes for assemblies and and processing the ends. These activities are carried out by the company's employees, and the process of processing 500 kg of raw material is carried out within one working day.
The current project proposal envisages an investment in a multifunctional machine for cutting, drilling and forming sheet material, which will multiply the production capacity of the company by optimizing all stages of the production process. The newly purchased equipment will reduce to minimum the errors in cutting and shaping the details, which will increase the company's resource efficiency and almost completely eliminate waste from the production process. Thanks to the investment, the company will be able to accept a larger volume of orders, which will increase its competitiveness and significantly improve its market presence, which will create a sustainable opportunity to preserve and gradually increase jobs. The value of the planned investment is BGN 186,781.76 excluding VAT

Подобряване на производствения капацитет
: В изпълнение на Дейност 1 ще бъде закупена мултифункционална машина за рязане, пробиване и оформяне на листов ламаринен материал на обща стойност 186 781,76 лева без ДДС. Въвеждането в експлоатация на това оборудване ще повиши с над 100 % капацитета на производство на дружеството заради заменянето на ръчния труд с автоматизирани процеси по обработка и производство на металните детайли. Предвидената за закупуване машина може самостоятелно да извършва всички производствени етапи: разгъване на ламаринена лента (разфасовка 500 или 1000 кг.), рязане по предварително зададена ширина и дължина, пробиване на отвори за сглобки и обработка на краищата на детайлите. След обучение за работа с машината служители на дружеството ще могат да обработват една ролка от 500 кг ламарина и да произведат от нея готови за монтаж метални детайли за около 2 / 3 часа. Същият процес, само чрез ръчен труд, в момента отнема около 1 работен ден. Това значително повишаване на капацитета на производствените процеси ще позволи на дружеството да поема повече поръчки, чиито брой през последните две години се увеличава, но фирмата изпитва технологична невъзможност да отговори на това търсене.
Прецизността, която машината ще осигури ще елиминира технологичния брак от метални изрезки, което ще повиши рентабилността на производствения процес и ще намали значително отделяните отпадъци.
