The project proposal of TRANSIS Ltd envisages the implementation of investments aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the company building, located in the city of Ruse, 2 Traktsia Street. The main activity of the company is international road transport and logistics, and the building is used for administrative, service and storage purposes. Currently, the building has outdated enclosing structures and a roof, without the necessary thermal insulation, as well as inefficient and energy-intensive equipment. This leads to high energy costs, heat losses and difficulties in maintaining a suitable microclimate for personnel and equipment. The project includes the implementation of three interrelated energy measures: 1. Improving the thermal characteristics of the building through the delivery and installation of thermal insulation sandwich panels on the external walls and roof, in order to reduce heat losses and improve energy performance. 2. Implementation of an energy-efficient air cooler, operating on the principle of adiabatic evaporative cooling, providing fresh and cooled air at a much lower electricity consumption compared to traditional systems. 3. Replacement of an old energy-intensive compressor with a new energy-efficient model, necessary for the maintenance of the fleet. The new equipment will provide stable pressure for pumping tires and will contribute to lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. Through the implementation of the project, a reduction in total energy consumption by about 30–40%, a reduction in carbon emissions, optimization of energy and fuel costs, as well as improvement of working conditions is expected. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of the procedure "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" and will contribute to sustainable development and green transformation of the activities of TRANSIS Ltd.
