"Alliance-DN" Ltd. is a manufacturer of metal jar caps of the "Omnia" and "Twist-Off" types. We've been one of the leaders in the industry for more than 25 years. Our activities include production of metal caps, lacquering and printing of metal sheets. Our reputation is excellent, and demand for our products is increasing, leading to the need for expanded production capacity. We strive to ensure this growth does not result in increased environmental damage. A key element of our development strategy is reducing the energy used in our production processes and, consequently, decreasing our carbon footprint. Our production is supported by modern machinery and technologies. Some of our manufacturing operations require the use of compressed air generated by compressors. The compressor currently in use is an older, energy-intensive model that requires relatively frequent repair downtime. For this reason, the current project plans are for purchasing new one with a dryer and a receiver. This new unit will feature a frequency converter, higher power, and a different operating principle, consuming significantly less energy. Another major energy-intensive element is the industrial lighting in our production facilities. Through this project, we plan to replace the inefficient luminaires in the existing production hall and equip the new hall with energy-efficient lighting. Due to the expansion of our production capacity, we constructed a new hall where we will install an additional production line. Currently, this hall lacks suitable heating and cooling equipment. Our experience has shown that heat pump units offer the greatest efficiency for this purpose. For this reason, the project includes the purchase of two heat pumps to cover the needs of the entire hall, which spans over 780 sq. m. We will also install one heat pump in an existing hall that currently lacks heating and cooling. These actions are part of our strategy to reduce the carbon footprint of our operations.
