Description

The project proposal of TARA SYSTEMS EOOD provides for a comprehensive modernization of the energy systems in the company's production building in Ruse with the aim of improving energy efficiency and optimizing production conditions. The company's main economic activity is C28.25 - Manufacture of industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment. The main economic activity of the company is C28.25 - Manufacture of industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment.
The production building, with a total floor area of 450 sq. m, built in the 1980s, is characterized by critically low energy performance - an archaic heating system (wood-burning stove and old non-inverter air conditioners), depreciated window frames with high heat loss, outdated energy-intensive lighting, and an inefficient compressed air compressor. Annual electricity consumption exceeds 14 MWh, with energy costs placing a significant burden on operations.
The planned energy efficiency measures include:
-	4 high-efficiency air-to-air heat pump systems with a total capacity of 68 kW (17 kW each) to replace the outdated heating system;
-	1 rotary compressor with inverter control and built-in dryer with a capacity of 7.5 kW;
-	90 LED linear luminaires with a capacity of 18W for complete modernization of the lighting;
-	29.4 sq.m of energy-efficient windows with PVC frames and double/triple glazing;
-	24.3 sq.m sectional industrial/solid doors.
The investment will result in a reduction in electricity consumption of at least 25-30% per year, ensuring optimal working conditions for staff, stable production parameters, and a significant reduction in carbon footprint. The heating system will switch from solid fuels to environmentally friendly technology with high energy efficiency.
The investment will ensure long-term competitiveness in the context of the energy crisis and growing demands for environmental responsibility in the manufacturing sector.
