In the modern business environment, energy efficiency is becoming not just an element of good management practices, but a strategic advantage. Reducing energy costs and sustainable resource management are among the main factors that determine the competitiveness and long-term stability of any company. The current project proposal aims to increase the energy efficiency of two buildings owned by the company by implementing modern thermal insulation systems and modern energy solutions that meet the highest European standards. For the first building, insulation of the facades and roof structures is planned using high-quality materials - thermal insulation boards, sandwich panels with high sound and thermal insulation capacity and a long service life. Within the framework of the project for the first building, an energy-efficient air conditioner is to be installed, which will improve temperature comfort, optimize energy consumption and ensure even distribution of heat and cooling in the room. For the second building, the project includes the installation of a highly efficient air-to-water heat pump system, which will provide sustainable and economical heating, cooling and domestic hot water. This system will allow for the effective use of renewable energy sources and will help to significantly reduce carbon emissions. The expected effect of the project is to reduce energy consumption, optimize operating costs and improve the internal microclimate for employees. This will increase not only the economic efficiency of the enterprise, but also its corporate reputation as a socially responsible and environmentally committed organization. The project is an investment in lower energy costs, longer-lasting buildings and a healthier working environment.
