Description

The project proposal aims to improve the energy efficiency and installation of renewable energy sources of “10x Trade” Ltd., whose main economic activity falls under sector 46.49 – “Wholesale of other non-food products.” The company operates warehouse areas, processing zones for handling, branding, and preparing goods for sale to clients, as well as office spaces. As a result of intensive trading and logistics operations, the building currently exhibits high electricity consumption and a low level of energy efficiency, leading to a significant carbon footprint.

The project foresees the implementation of modern technological solutions and equipment aimed at reducing energy consumption, optimizing energy processes, and improving the working environment. The main activities include:
- Implementation of a compressed air system through the installation of two energy-efficient air compressors with inverter control, one air receiver, and a centralized compressed air management system, resulting in significant energy loss reduction and improved efficiency;
- Installation of two air dryers to enhance the performance and reliability of the compressed air system;
- Installation of a photovoltaic system with 62 kW inverters for own consumption;
- Implementation of a local energy storage system using 12 kW batteries in combination with inverters, ensuring the use of the produced electricity for own consumption;

The implementation of the project will result in a comprehensive modernization of the company’s energy system, a substantial reduction in energy consumption and carbon emissions, and an overall increase in the competitiveness and sustainability of the business.
