"ANTASSTROY" Ltd. is engaged in wholesale trade in timber, construction materials and sanitary equipment (46.73). The project includes the construction of two separate photovoltaic power plants with capacities of 20 kW and 30 kW, as well as the installation of two heat pump systems of 16 kW each - for a store and a warehouse for building materials in the town of Veliki Preslav. A photovoltaic power center (PPC) will be built in the "Building Materials Store" facility in combination with batteries with an installed capacity of 20 kW. The main goal is to provide its own power supply and increase the energy efficiency of the commercial facility. Additionally, an air-to-water heat pump system with a capacity of 16 kW will be installed in the facility, which will provide heating and cooling of the commercial space. The heat pump will be connected to the internal installation and will be synchronized with the photovoltaic system for maximum efficient use of the energy produced. In the "Building Materials Warehouse" site, a photovoltaic installation will be implemented in combination with batteries with an installed capacity of 30 kW, designed to cover the majority of the energy needs of the warehouse, especially for lighting, environmental control systems and driving machines/electrical equipment. An air-to-water heat pump with a capacity of 16 kW will also be installed, which will serve the premises in the warehouse in order to maintain a suitable microclimate - especially in seasons with extreme temperatures. The goal is to significantly reduce heating and air conditioning costs by using energy produced by the FES. The project complies with modern requirements for ecological construction and is in accordance with the national and European policies for energy efficiency and sustainable development.
