Description

The company provides services related to surface treatment of metals and powder coating of metal parts.
In recent years, the price of electricity has increased many times and this trend will continue. That is why the industry and we as a company are faced with the task of optimizing our energy costs by reducing the percentage of electricity in the cost of production. Compressed air is one of the most widely used types of energy, as it is used in all areas of industry and is the second most important after electrical energy.
Currently, the company provides compressed air through a piston compressor with a year of manufacture of 1980 with an installed capacity of 37kw and a screw compressor with an installed capacity of 11kw.
Under the current project, we plan to purchase and install a rotary compressed air compressor with an installed capacity of 37kw with a built-in refrigeration dryer and frequency control, which will replace the existing two old compressors. The new compressor will have an automatic system that will stop the supply of compressed air when the operating unit is not working, which will reduce electricity consumption and increase the energy efficiency of the company. It is more reliable, requires less maintenance, takes up less space and has a significantly higher efficiency compared to the piston compressor, which is completely depreciated and obsolete. We plan to have the newly purchased compressor have the ability to program automatic pressure reduction after the completion of the work process and automatically reach the working pressure when starting work. The ability to remotely monitor and control will improve compressed air production, increase productivity and improve energy efficiency.
