The project proposal of "ZHITARA" Ltd. is aimed at improving energy efficiency and optimizing production processes in the enterprise by replacing outdated and energy-inefficient equipment used to provide compressed air in production. The main activity of the company is the production of bread, bakery and fresh confectionery products, as a large part of the technological equipment - including packaging machines - operates with the help of compressed air and requires stable pressure and high reliability. The implementation of the project envisages the delivery and commissioning of the following energy-efficient assets: a compressed air compressor with inverter control with a dryer (1 pc.) and a 500 l receiver (1 pc.). The new equipment will allow for more precise pressure regulation in the system, reduction of energy losses and optimal use of compressed air in production lines. The implementation of the project will lead to a significant increase in the energy efficiency of the enterprise, a reduction in specific energy consumption and operating costs, as well as an extension of the life cycle of the production equipment. An additional effect will be the reduction of the carbon footprint and the achievement of more sustainable production, in line with the principles of the "Green Deal" and the EU's environmental protection objectives. Through the implementation of the project "ZHITARA" OOD will achieve higher competitiveness, lower energy costs and improved environmental performance, while ensuring the sustainable development of its production activities.
