The current project consists of the construction and installation of a photovoltaic power plant for the production of electricity for own needs with a total installed capacity of 30 kW. The photovoltaic power plant will be installed on part of the roof of a building with adjacent terrain in a property with identifier - quarter 143 /one hundred and forty-three/, land plot VI /six Roman/ and land plot VII /seven Roman/ according to the plan of the town of Elhovo, approved by Order I-A-666/25.07.1980 and Order No. TSU-7/15.08.2001. The photovoltaic power plant will heat the building materials store of Favorit 3003 Ltd, which has an area of 300 sq. m. Due to the nature of primary energy, the photovoltaic power plant will operate during daylight hours (daytime). To build the photovoltaic power plant, 94 photovoltaic panels with a power of 460 Wp and dimensions of 1133/2256/35mm, or similar, will be required. The panels will be located on part of the building's roof, connected to one in number 40 kVA hybrid inverter.To store electricity, 8 batteries with a capacity of 40.96 kWh will be needed, or similar. A supporting structure will be delivered and installed: a/ Aluminum structure with stainless steel fasteners for installation on the roof and b/ Galvanized structure with stainless steel fasteners for installation. An integral part of the total investment will be the project documentation - Design Solution - Structural part and Design Solution - Electrical part with drawings and installation instructions.
