Description

The project proposal of Andrea Ltd. is aimed at improving energy efficiency and promoting the use of renewable energy sources at the company’s site – a confectionery located in the city of Ruse. Through the implementation of the planned investments, the company seeks to reduce its energy costs, enhance its competitiveness, and lower the carbon footprint of its operations.

Within the scope of the project, the following assets will be introduced:
-Construction of a 12 kW photovoltaic power plant for self-consumption;
-Installation of energy-efficient roof insulation and new window frames to reduce heat loss in the building;
-Installation of solar collectors for domestic hot water production, covering part of the facility’s needs;
-Supply and installation of two high-efficiency air-to-air heat pumps to provide modern, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly heating and cooling.

The implementation of the project is expected to lead to a significant reduction in electricity consumption from the external grid, optimization of the indoor climate, and sustainable development of the company’s operations. The expected outcomes include lower energy costs, greater independence from external energy sources, and contribution to national goals for energy efficiency and climate neutrality.

The project will support Andrea Ltd. in delivering its services in a modern and sustainable manner by combining high-quality customer service with environmental responsibility and improved economic performance.
