The project envisages the construction of a PV power plant from PV panels in combination with an inverter/s with a total minimum capacity of 50 kW and the installation of additional local energy storage facilities (battery/s) in combination with inverters with a total capacity of at least 78 kWh. The energy produced by the plant will be stored in the battery and will be used for the applicant's own needs. The battery will fully utilize the electricity produced during periods of absent or low consumption - due to the specifics of consumption. The assets are planned to be installed in a leased property. The lessor and owner of the property is an affiliated enterprise, as this enterprise and the applicant enterprise have a common sole owner (individual). This ensures the provision of all necessary rights for the construction of the planned plant. The property was recently acquired to become the base for the applicant's entire activity. Until now, the applicant enterprise's activity has been located in a leased property, the owner of which is not related to any of the group of affiliated enterprises. The relocation is underway and will be completed in early 2026. The photovoltaic modules will be located on a structure above the asphalt parking lot of the property, thus providing shade in the summer. The forecast foresees achieving above 90% annual savings in electricity used by the grid compared to the current consumption for the applicant's activity. Additional consumers will be installed in the new base, therefore the expected savings are 75%. The project supports ONLY the applicant's main economic activity. Outside the official meaning of the code presented according to the classifier of economic activities, this activity deals with repair (at the base), maintenance (washing, painting at the base), charging (on site) of OWN vending machines. The points of availability of these machines are at various locations in Gabrovo and Sofia.
