Description

The project proposal is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and increasing the use of energy from renewable energy sources, which will be achieved by installing a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP) at the company's base, located in the town of Berkovitsa, 1A Parčevich Street, entirely for its own consumption and the use of highly efficient modern lighting and thermal insulation systems.
The project proposal aims to improve the company's energy efficiency by purchasing and installing window frames, installing sandwich panels on the roof, as well as increasing the use of energy from renewable sources in the performance of its activities, which will lead to lower electricity costs, reduce the cost of a unit of product and thereby increase the competitiveness of the company.
The company is applying for support with its main economic activity with the KID Code 47.99 Retail trade outside commercial premises, not elsewhere classified.

The expected results of the project implementation include:
- significant reduction of the carbon footprint through more efficient use of energy;
- significant reduction in electricity costs;
- increased competitiveness of the company;
- improved temperature and microclimate in the premises.

The implementation of the investments under this project will also support the implementation of the Energy Union objectives for secure, sustainable, competitive and affordable energy.
