The project proposal of "HOTEL ZARYA" EOOD aims to improve the energy efficiency, sustainability and economic competitiveness of the hotel complex Park Hotel "Tintyava" by implementing modern VRF/VRV type heat pump systems. The complex consists of a six-story hotel block with an intermediate lobby block and a third restaurant block. The implementation of the new systems will allow for optimal management of the heating and cooling of the premises, ensuring consistent comfort for guests throughout the year, regardless of seasonal temperature fluctuations. The investment includes the installation of six heat pumps with a unit capacity of 36.7 kW serving the six-story hotel block. The systems will allow for the effective use of energy from a renewable source - air, significantly reducing the total energy consumption of the complex and, accordingly, electricity costs. This approach will lead to a reduction in the hotel's carbon footprint, compliance with European and national requirements for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability and will establish the hotel as an example of a sustainable tourism business. The implementation of the project will allow the complex to provide year-round reception of guests, optimizing energy consumption. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises", promoting: - reduction of energy consumption and cost optimization; - implementation of technologies for the effective use of renewable energy; - reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; Through the implementation of the project "HOTEL ZARYA" EOOD will transform the energy model of the complex, achieve sustainable and measurable results, combining economic efficiency, environmental responsibility and social stability.
