Salamander 112 Ltd., a company with main activity in the field of engineering activities and technical consulting (KID 71.12), plans to implement a project to increase energy efficiency and promote the use of renewable energy sources in its long-term leased facility in the city of Ruse. The facility is used for engineering and consulting activities, and is currently characterized by low energy efficiency, which leads to significant energy losses and high operating costs. In order to improve the energy performance of the facility and reduce the carbon footprint of the activity, the project envisages replacing the facade and roof elements with thermal panels with a high degree of thermal insulation, as well as installing a photovoltaic system for generating electricity from a renewable source in combination with inverters and a local energy storage facility (batteries with inverters). The implementation of the planned measures will lead to a significant reduction in energy costs, improvement of the energy independence of the enterprise and optimization of its resource use. The project will directly contribute to the implementation of national and European priorities for the green transition, energy efficiency and sustainable economic development. The expected results include increasing the energy efficiency of the site, reducing energy consumption from non-renewable sources, reducing carbon emissions and improving the competitiveness and financial sustainability of Salamander 112 OOD.
