The project "Increasing energy efficiency in SUNSOLAR Ltd." aims to: "Increasing the energy sustainability of the hotel building of SUNSOLAR EOOD by taking measures to reduce heat losses during different seasons". The main goal will be achieved through the following specific objectives: 1. To improve the energy efficiency of the building stock of DSK Hotel, by introducing modern efficiency technologies; 2. To optimize and reduce the energy costs of SUNSOLAR Ltd. by carrying out two key energy measures - replacing old joinery with new ones and insulating the entire hotel building of SUNSOLAR Ltd.. To achieve the planned goals, it is planned to take measures from activities to replace old joinery with new ones on one floor and staircase of the building and insulating the entire hotel building of SUNSOLAR Ltd.. By implementing the investment and project activities, the results expected to be achieved are a significant reduction in energy costs and carbon footprint, better working conditions, higher competitiveness and sustainable development. As a result of implementing the project measures, the following is expected: - Increased energy efficiency of the hotel building of SUNSOLAR Ltd. - Reduced heating and cooling costs. - A decrease in electricity costs compared to annual turnover from 6.75% - 7.2% to 3.7% -4.2%. This will provide the company with the opportunity to free up resources to redirect to other needs and/or increase its profitability and financial result. - Reduction of carbon emissions, which will achieve environmentally sustainable development of the company, thereby contributing to the transition to climate neutrality. Achieving these results will directly correspond to the expected results of the Grant procedure, as well as the Energy Union for secure, sustainable, competitive and affordable energy.
