"FOREST VIEW PROPERTY"Ltd.is a Bulgarian company established in 2022with the scope of activity of exploitation of tourist sites and restaurant business.The company provides quality hotel and restaurant services to Bulgarian and foreign tourists at the Forest View Hotel, located in the land of the village of Yavrovo,Kuklen municipality,Plovdiv region.The company's management team is looking for a solution for energy saving and alternative energy sources to soften the blow of high energy prices and improve energy efficiency. In order to meet the needs of the company,this project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant for own consumption with a capacity of 50kW in combination with local energy storage facilities (batteries)located on the roof of buildings in PI 87179.12.30,located in the land of the village of Yavrovo,Kuklen municipality,Plovdiv region. The investment will be implemented through: -Construction of a photovoltaic power plant for the production of energy from renewable sources for own consumption with a capacity of 50kW in combination with local energy storage facilities-63kWh,inverter capacity 50kW -Construction and installation works on the roof of the building The planned investment complies with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm"to the environment and contributes to the ecological transition by taking into account the six environmental objectives set out in Article 9 of the Taxonomy Regulation.
