"Yunuz" Ltd. is a company specializing in trading in machinery for the sewing industry. The main showroom and warehouse of the company in Haskovo has an area of 450 sq.m. and contains a showroom, office space and a warehouse. Currently, the enclosing walls are without implemented building systems for thermal insulation, and the roof is without thermal panels. As a result, the energy costs for air conditioning the volumes in the building exceed similar buildings with implemented energy efficiency measures. Currently, the building does not comply with the current Regulation No. 7 of 2004 on energy efficiency of buildings. The project provides for the following activities: 1. Implementation of construction and renovation works on measures to improve the energy efficiency of a building - laying 365 sq.m. of thermal insulation on the external walls and installation of 450 sq.m. of roof thermal panels. The used construction systems and materials will have characteristics according to the list of eligible assets. As a result of the implementation of the planned activities under the project, the following results will be achieved: 1.Reduction in the use of non-renewable energy resources for the company's activities. 2.Improved microclimate in the building and reduced consumption of energy resources for heating and cooling. 3.Reduced energy consumption for maintaining the microclimate by 30%. 4.Increased competitiveness of the enterprise. The target groups of the project are: 1.The enterprise as a business unit, which increases its resource efficiency and reduces its energy intensity. 2.Employees in the enterprise, for whom an improved working environment and a controlled microclimate are provided.
