Description

GENERAL ASSETS AD was established in 2006, and since its inception the company's main activity has been real estate management, maintenance, repair activities, engineering and construction of air conditioning, heating and ventilation installations, comprehensive management of external and internal commercial activities, technological audit, consulting activities, any other activity for which there is no legal prohibition. Over the years, GENERAL ASSETS AD has strived to constantly improve its material and technical base, as well as to increase the energy efficiency of its own real estate. The current project is a step in this direction, as it provides for:
1. Delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels with inverters with a capacity of 40kW
2. Delivery and installation of local facilities for storing the produced electricity, to ensure the necessary energy for night hours and in bad weather with a total capacity of 80kW.
The electricity produced with the facilities under item 1 and with the help of the facilities under item 2 will be used solely for the own needs of the production and warehouse base, including to ensure the necessary electricity for the heat pump envisaged under item 3, which will be delivered and installed, for lighting, hot domestic water, as well as for charging the company's electric vehicles.
2. Installation of a heat pump for air conditioning in the office part of the base, as well as in the rooms where people work.
The heat pump is planned to be of the VRV (VRF) system type - i.e. operation of direct evaporation of freon in the indoor units with the ability to control the amount of refrigerant, with a capacity of 28kW.
