The project proposal of "CAMCO" LTD envisages the implementation of measures to increase energy efficiency in the production and warehouse-administrative facilities of the company. The company - with a main economic activity code 20.42 "Production of perfumes and toilet products" is a leading distributor and manufacturer in the cosmetics and perfumery sector, with a strong commitment to sustainable development, quality and care for people and the environment. In order to optimize production processes and reduce the carbon footprint, the project includes investments in modern energy-efficient systems and equipment - heat pumps (6 pcs.), solar systems for hot water and domestic hot water supply (3 pcs.), chillers (2 pcs.), systems for the recovery of waste heat/cold generated in the production of compressed air or cold production (2 pcs.) and compressed air compressors, incl. compressed air tanks (1 pc.). Their implementation will achieve a significant reduction in electricity and fuel costs, reduce losses and increase efficiency in the production of cosmetic and perfumery products. The implementation of the measures will contribute to achieving the goals set in the national and European energy efficiency and green transformation policy, by directly reducing greenhouse gas emissions and ensuring a more environmentally friendly production model. The project reflects the strategic aspiration of "CAMCO" LTD towards modernization, sustainability and long-term growth, consistent with the high standards of the industry and good European practices. The investment is in full compliance with the principle of "no significant harm" (DNSH) to the environment, meets all applicable environmental standards and contributes to achieving the goals for energy efficiency and sustainable growth at the national and European level.
