Description

The project proposal of “Ignatovi Art” Ltd. is aimed at improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of Hotel Varosha in Lovech through the replacement of the outdated and inefficient heating and cooling system with a high-efficiency water-to-air heat pump with a capacity of 105 kW.

The investment seeks to reduce the hotel’s dependence on natural gas and electricity, optimize energy consumption, and improve the indoor microclimate. The new system will ensure stable, efficient, and environmentally friendly operation, while simultaneously lowering operating costs and the hotel’s carbon footprint. The project is fully aligned with national and European priorities for energy efficiency, sustainable development, and the green transformation of businesses.

The project complies with the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle and is fully consistent with both national and EU goals for energy efficiency and sustainable growth.
