LESKOMERS TRADING LTD is engaged in the production of furniture - dining and coffee tables, beds, desks, picture frames, etc. Over the years, the company has strived to further develop and upgrade its products, constantly improving them in line with the latest trends in furniture production. The company has its own base, warehouse space and specialized production equipment, the functioning of which is associated with constant and significant electricity consumption. Energy costs are a significant part of the company's total costs, and electricity price fluctuations in recent years have a direct impact on the cost of production processes and the competitiveness of the company. We have a 200 kWh combined heat and power plant without batteries, which, however, produces only part of the electricity we need. The shortage is covered by the electricity distribution network. This makes the company highly dependent on external electricity supplies and faces significant energy consumption costs. In order to meet the above challenges and improve its energy efficiency, the company is applying under procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises". The project proposal envisages the acquisition of a 56 kW photovoltaic power plant (PVPP), including photovoltaic modules, inverters, a storage system (battery) and a mounting structure, according to the List of eligible asset categories.
