Description

The project aims to implement energy efficiency and renewable energy measures for self-consumption at the retail site of Pchelarski Tsentar – Yuzhen Ltd. in Stara Zagora, 66A “Rayna Kandeva” St. The company operates a beekeeping equipment and supplies store with a wholesale warehouse at this address, which results in a steady daytime electrical load and the need for predictable energy costs.

The investment is behind-the-meter and covers the assets listed in Annex 4.2 (e.g., on-site energy generation and/or storage equipment, balance-of-system components, protection devices, monitoring and control systems), aiming to reduce electricity purchased from the grid, increase the share of renewables in final consumption, and improve the site’s energy resilience. Main activities: technical design; delivery and installation of equipment; connection to the internal LV grid; testing, commissioning, staff training and warranty service. The project does not envisage electricity generation for sale; it targets cost optimization, carbon footprint reduction, and a sustainable energy model for the facility.
