The need for the project proposal is related to amortization of the available equipment and the need to equip it with a new one, which will allow improving the quality of the services provided, as well as adding value to the services offered by the family company. Activity 1 provides for the purchase of durable tangible assets and those below the thresholds, with which to improve the service to end users. The expected results of the implementation of the project are the purchase of durable tangible assets: 1 piece of Finished pergola and Purchase of bar equipment. 3 outsourcing procedures will be conducted. During the implementation of the project, a project team of company employees will be formed. Communication will be carried out with the Management Board of PKIP, established by the normative acts. An archive of project documentation will be created, which will include contracts, accounting documents, communication with the PKIP Board of Directors. Documents will be prepared to report the implementation of the project. These include: technical reports; financial statements; payment requests. The beneficiary expects interim and final payment requests. The project improves the company's technical equipment. Quality services are provided to the local population, which is the main target group and user of the services of the drinking establishment company. The project is in line with policies to promote gender equality, promoting equal opportunities for all, including access opportunities for people with disabilities by integrating the principle of non-discrimination. Through the project, the company's team of employees will work and contribute to the sustainable development of the local community by not using materials that pollute the environment in their activities and by applying a circular economy when providing services. Will use recycled materials for its customers.
