Description

Iron Builds EOOD is a company that manufactures metal structures for construction. The same are manufactured in its own production hall in the village of Topoli, municipality of Varna. The building is old and depreciated and requires large investments to improve its energy efficiency. However, the most urgent repair is that of the roof. Its repair will ensure normal operation of the enterprise, because it is also compromised. The thermal insulation of the roof will be carried out in parts, according to the possibilities for ensuring financial implementation of the thermal insulation activities. The project envisages the construction of an energy-efficient multi-component insulation system 1075 km. from the roof, using thermal insulation boards of mineral wool. The thermal insulation system will be of the "layered" type of installation, which includes a metal structure, thermal insulation boards of mineral wool, vapor barrier and a final (external) coating of plasticized LT sheet metal. The implementation of the project will lead to an increase in the energy efficiency of the building, optimization of energy consumption and reduction of the carbon footprint. This will lead to an increase in competitiveness and a decrease in the energy intensity of Iron Builds, as well as for the economy as a whole.
