The project of "CORONA M" EOOD is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and reducing energy costs in the production of food products by modernizing the compressed air system. The company operates under NACE 10.89 "Manufacture of other food products not elsewhere classified", producing a wide range of dessert products - muesli bars, oat, protein and raw bars, snacks and other healthy products. The production processes in the enterprise are highly energy-intensive and rely on pneumatic machines and equipment using compressed air. The current compressor installation is technically outdated and has low energy efficiency, which leads to high energy costs and unstable pressure parameters. The project envisages the purchase and implementation of new energy-efficient equipment, including: 1 compressed air compressor (11 kW) - conventional, with integrated dryer; 2 compressed air dryers (18 kW); 2 receivers of 2000 liters each; 2 compressors with inverter control (18 kW). The new assets will provide better efficiency, precise pressure control, lower electricity consumption and longer life of the pneumatic equipment. Inverter compressors automatically adjust performance to actual consumption, thus reducing losses and providing up to 30% electricity savings. The implementation of the project will lead to: Reduction of energy intensity of production; Increasing the reliability and continuity of the production process; Optimization of the operation of pneumatic systems and improvement of product quality; Reduction of the carbon footprint and contribution to sustainable development. The investment isn line with the objectives of procedure "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources", supporting the increase in energy efficiency, competitiveness and environmental sustainability.
