Description

The project "Increasing energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in "ZDRAMI" EOOD" aims to reduce energy costs and increase the energy independence of the warehouse in the village of Lozen, Stopanski Dvor (city of Sofia). A measure is envisaged to build a photovoltaic power plant for own consumption, including photovoltaic modules, inverters, batteries and the necessary structural elements, configured without returning energy to the grid (anti-export). The PV plant will mainly cover the daily loads of logistics operations - lighting of warehouse areas, office and IT equipment, charging stations for warehouse equipment, ventilation and air conditioning of areas with personnel and auxiliary consumers. The batteries will shift part of the consumption outside peak hours and during cloudy weather, will smooth out short-term peaks and increase self-consumption.
The measure is selected based on the load profile and the operating mode of the warehouse (high daily activity, peaks in reception/shipping) and meets the minimum technical requirements from the list of eligible assets. The activities include: technical survey and detailing, design, delivery and installation of PV power plants (panels, inverters, structure) and batteries, commissioning and training of personnel, setting up production/consumption monitoring and charge/discharge management with a view to maximum self-consumption.
Expected results: significant reduction in grid electricity consumption and operating costs; more stable energy profile of the site with lower peak loads; higher operational reliability of the installations and better conditions for personnel; limitation of CO₂ emissions. Reporting will be based on the unit cost regime upon proven commissioning of the assets.
