Within the framework of the project proposal, BRIT 74 EOOD will build a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for own consumption with 80 kW output (AC) power of the inverters, combined with local storage (batteries). The installation is implemented in a rented property in the town of Kyustendil, Hisarlaka area, and will power the entire complex - the hotel building, the catering building and the common systems (HVAC, ventilation/aspiration, lighting, elevators/pumps, IT/security). The connection is behind the electricity meter to the main/distribution boards; no sale of electricity to the grid is planned. The project includes the supply and installation of PV panels, inverters (total nominal active output power 80 kW AC), batteries (capacity corresponding to/greater than the AC power), supporting structures, DC/AC protections, metering and online monitoring. The valuation is based on unit costs based on 1 kW AC (quantity: 80 kW). The location is on roof/rooftop areas and/or adjacent terrain; inverters/batteries – in a common technical room with access and ventilation. After the implementation of the activities set out in the project proposal, the following results and effects are expected to be achieved: - Reduced electricity costs by replacing purchases from the grid; smoothed peaks using batteries. - Higher energy independence and reliability of the entire property; lower risk of operational interruptions in critical processes (cold chain, kitchen, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, elevators). - Significant reduction in emissions by using renewable energy; better ESG profile and competitiveness in "green" tenders/partnerships. - Contribution to the program indicators (supported enterprises; results under the specific EE/RES objective). The project will be implemented within up to 12 months.
