SUPREME ESTATES LTD is a Bulgarian private company, registered in 2021 in Haskovo with its main activity under economic code L68.31 "Real estate agencies activity". The company was established as a small family firm with the ambition to prove on the market through the management and offering of residential properties for sale or rent, after carrying out finishing and specialized construction works. A distinctive feature is the integration of "green" systems and equipment, with an emphasis on energy efficiency, ecologically clean furnishing, and sustainable solutions. In its long-term development strategy, aimed at innovation, digitalization, and green transformation, the company is applying with the current project proposal for the introduction of energy efficient measures and the use of renewable energy sources in its own office and warehouse base in Haskovo, specifically: - Introduction of RES for own needs: Construction of a PVPP for 15 kW to optimize costs from consumed energy - Implementation of measures to limit heat losses and improve the internal microclimate and working conditions: = replacement of a sheet metal roof with the installation of thermal insulation systems from sandwich panels = installation of thermal insulation systems for walls with TI boards (EPS and XPS) = replacement of inefficient window with PVC and a door with Al and thermal break = installation of an industrial sectional door for the warehouse The project will contribute to a significant reduction in annual energy costs and energy independence through RES, reduction of CO2 emissions, achieving sustainable working environment, and strengthening the company's competitive position through green transformation. The realization of the planned investments will establish "SUPREME ESTATES" LTD as a model of a modern, responsible, and sustainable enterprise, creating real added value for its clients and for the regional economy, in full compliance with the goals of the procedure.
