Description

The project proposal of Studio Carbon Operations Ltd. is aimed at improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of production activities through the implementation of high-tech solutions for the optimal management of energy resources.

Within the scope of the project, three key elements will be procured and implemented:

- A modern air compressor with inverter control, integrated dryer, and receiver, ensuring high reliability in the production process, reduced energy costs, and continuous parameter monitoring (Compressed air compressors, incl. compressed air tanks)

- A system for utilizing the waste heat from the compressor, which will use the heat generated during operation to warm the production premises in winter and will safely discharge it outside the building during the summer season (System for utilizing waste heat/cold generated in the production of compressed air or cold production).

- A photovoltaic power plant with a battery storage system for self-consumption, which will reduce the company’s dependence on conventional energy sources and ensure a stable electricity supply (Photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) (including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the plant to function).

The implementation of the project will lead to lower specific energy consumption, reduced greenhouse gas emissions, and enhanced competitiveness. It will also contribute to achieving Specific Objective RSO2.1 “Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions (ERDF)”, by simultaneously combining measures for energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources.

The investment will be carried out in strict compliance with EU horizontal policies and national legislation.
