"VILNI SELISHTA - BOROVETZ" AD is a company operating in the field of hospitality and accommodation, through its villa villages Yagoda and Malina, located in the Borovets resort. The project proposal of VILNI "SELISHTA - BOROVETZ" AD is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the construction stock of the villa villages Yagoda and Malina. The project includes replacing the old joinery with new energy-efficient ones, in order to achieve a higher class of thermal insulation and noise insulation. The implementation of the measures will lead to optimization of energy costs and extension of the life cycle of residential properties. The project is in line with national and European priorities for sustainable development and reduction of energy consumption in enterprises.
