Description

The project of “KAM-919” Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency of the company’s administrative building through the implementation of energy-efficient measures that will reduce energy consumption and energy costs, as well as improve the indoor microclimate and overall working environment.

The investment includes:
- Construction of external thermal insulation of the walls using sandwich panels with a total area of 435 sq. m, aimed at reducing heat losses and improving the thermal performance of the building envelope;
- Supply and installation of new transparent enclosing structures (windows) with frames made of extruded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a total area of 112 sq. m, providing better airtightness and higher thermal insulation.

The implementation of the project will lead to reduced energy consumption for heating and cooling, a significant decrease in energy costs, and lower greenhouse gas (CO₂) emissions. The improvement of the building’s energy characteristics will have a positive impact on both the production and administrative activities, creating a more efficient, comfortable, and sustainable working environment, and increasing the company’s competitiveness.

The project is fully consistent with the objectives of Procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy Efficiency and Use of Energy from Renewable Sources in Enterprises”, contributing to the achievement of national and European goals for reducing energy intensity and supporting the transition towards a low-carbon economy.
