This project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company "IZVORO ESTATE" EOOD by supporting the use of energy from renewable sources. The company "IZVORO ESTATE" EOOD manages its own Fish Restaurant "IZVORO", located on the territory of the "Izvoro" area, Razlog municipality. The enterprise has a long history, accumulated experience and traditions in providing restaurant services. The Fish Restaurant "IZVORO" has 100 seats indoors and outdoors and offers a high-quality culinary experience combined with a cozy and modern atmosphere and high quality service. A distinctive feature in the functioning of the Fish Restaurant "IZVORO" of "IZVORO ESTATE" EOOD is the high energy intensity of the restaurant services provided, related to the need for a significant amount of energy for heating the premises, for thermal and refrigeration processing of food and for additional activities of the complex. At the moment, "IZVORO ESTATE" Ltd. cannot respond independently to these trends in increasing energy consumption. This determines the company's needs for the construction of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP) for its own needs with a capacity of 56.50 kW (including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the plant to function). On this basis, it is expected to increase the productivity and efficiency of the family company "IZVORO ESTATE" EOOD, reduce production costs, increase competitiveness and reduce the energy intensity of the enterprise.
