Chukurovi & Co Ltd. is an enterprise with a main economic activity with a KID code C 22.23 Production of joinery and other plastic products for construction, operating on the territory of the city of Stara Zagora. The company's activity is characterized by high energy intensity and high consumption of electricity. The main (overall) objective of the project is: To make investments in the enterprise related to improving its energy efficiency, thereby accelerating the Applicant's transition to climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint and optimizing its energy consumption. The main objective of the project fully corresponds to and directly contributes to achieving the objective of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises". The implementation of investments under this procedure through the selection of project proposals will also support the implementation of the Energy Union's objectives for secure, sustainable, competitive and affordable energy. The project will be implemented through the implementation of Activities eligible under the procedure, aimed at improving energy efficiency and using energy from renewable sources in enterprises, within which the implementation of the following investments is planned according to the List of eligible asset categories in the field of energy efficiency and the use of energy from renewable sources: 1. Chiller (under item 6 of the List) - with a unit with a condenser for air cooling and cooling capacity 186 kW - 1 unit 2. Energy-efficient insulation systems in buildings (under item 12 of the List) - thermal insulation systems of sandwich panels for roofs with thermal insulation from PIR - 486 sq.m. As a result of the project implementation, the energy efficiency of the Candidate will be improved, and the above will contribute to increasing its competitiveness and reducing its energy intensity.
