Description

Prima Group 2004 Ltd. owns and occupies two floors of an administrative and commercial building, which accommodate office and retail premises. The building is characterized by high energy consumption, mainly due to outdated and inefficient heating and ventilation systems that do not provide the necessary comfort at optimal energy use.

In order to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational energy costs, the company plans to implement an investment project that includes the introduction of modern energy-saving technologies, namely:

Supply and installation of high-efficiency heat pump systems (air-to-air / air-to-water) for heating and cooling of the premises;

Installation of heat recovery (recuperation) systems to utilize exhaust air heat and ensure a constant flow of fresh air with minimal energy losses.

The proposed measures will lead to a significant reduction in electricity consumption for heating and cooling, as well as to a decrease in carbon emissions, fully aligning with the objectives of the Energy Efficiency Program and the priorities of the European Green Deal.

The implementation of the project will ensure:

Improved indoor climate and comfort for employees and clients;

Optimization of energy flows through the integration of intelligent climate control systems;

Extended operational life of the building’s installations;

Increased market value and sustainability of the property.

The project proposal contributes to the sustainable development of the company and the achievement of lower energy intensity of operations, while demonstrating Prima Group 2004 Ltd.’s commitment to environmental protection and the adoption of modern technologies for a low-carbon economy.
