The main activity of the candidate company "KAD-PROEKT" EOOD is - preparation of investment projects, including detailed development plans for development and regulation, parcel plans of elements of the technical infrastructure. The applicant company carries out part of its activities in a remote office in Bansko, 18 Skopje Street. In order to improve the energy efficiency of the office building, we plan to supply and install an air-to-water heat pump. The location of the outsourced office – the town of Bansko – has good sunlight, which is a prerequisite for using a renewable energy source – the sun to produce electricity, through a photovoltaic system. The company has built a photovoltaic installation for the production of electricity with a capacity of 30kW with its own funds. In order to fully utilize the electrical energy produced by the photovoltaic installation during the dark part of the day and in adverse weather conditions, it is desirable to use local facilities for temporary storage of electricity (batteries) for your own needs. The project proposal provides for the supply and installation of a heat pump and the supply and installation of local energy storage facilities (batteries) in combination with inverters.
