Description

The project proposal of E.V. EOOD aims to significantly increase energy efficiency and implement renewable energy sources in the Truck Service Center in the town of Dupnitsa. The company operates in the field of freight road transport and international car transport, operating over 25 vehicles - car carriers. The center includes warehouses, service areas and an office area, with a built-up area of ​​526 sq.m., and the current energy consumption is significant and is covered mainly by conventional sources of electricity and heat.
The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 25.615 kW, which will provide electricity for the company's own needs, significantly reducing energy costs and dependence on the grid electricity supply. Within the framework of the project, two air-to-air heat pumps with a capacity of 15.5 kW each will be installed, which will provide energy-efficient heating and cooling of the building, while at the same time reducing the consumption of conventional sources of heat. To achieve additional energy efficiency, thermal insulation of the roof structure is planned by installing sandwich panels on an area of ​​577 sq.m., which will reduce heat losses and ensure a more stable microclimate in the premises.
The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in electricity and heat costs, a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, an increase in the energy efficiency of the building and optimization of operating costs. The project is in full compliance with national and European policies for sustainable development, energy efficiency and promotion of the use of renewable energy sources in enterprises. In addition to the environmental and financial benefits, the project will increase the competitiveness of the company through modernization of the infrastructure and implementation of modern energy-saving technologies.
