Nadezhda-94 Ltd. is a medium-sized enterprise with a main activity under the NACE Code 22.23 "Manufacture of joinery and other plastic products for construction". The company has its own production base in the city of Kardzhali, 9 Darets, in which the following production premises are located: Workshops: "Double-glazed windows" - 2 pcs., "Aluminum joinery" - 1 pc., "PVC1" - 1 pc., "PVC2" - 1 pc., "Manufacture of amplifiers for PVC joinery" - 1 pc., "Glass processing" - 1 pc., "Warehouse" - 1 pc. and Administrative part. In 2024, the company realized significant energy costs in the amount of 40 thousand leva for 2024. This clearly highlights the high energy intensity of the site and the need to implement energy efficiency measures that will lead to cost optimization, carbon footprint reduction and sustainable development of the enterprise. With the project, the company wishes to carry out the following activity: - Improving the energy efficiency of "NADEZHDA-94" OOD. The activity envisages the purchase of the following assets: 1. Compressed air compressors, incl. compressed air tanks - with inverter control with dryer-11kW - 4 pcs. - necessary to drive the joinery production machines. The compressors will be installed in workshops "PVC1" - 1 pc., "PVC2" - 1 pc., "Aluminum joinery" - 1 pc. "Double glazing" - 1 pc.; 2. Energy-saving luminaires - designed to provide efficient lighting in the workshops: * Bells-projectors - 150W - 40 pcs. * Linear lights - 200W - 20 pcs. The implementation of the project will contribute to a significant reduction in energy consumption in the production facility and will optimize the production process. By implementing modern energy-efficient equipment, Nadezhda-94 Ltd. will improve its competitiveness and achieve sustainable development, consistent with the principles of the green transition.
