The project is related to the need for lower energy costs, a stable microclimate in the service cells and the reception, and more predictable operation of the installations. Target groups are B2C customers (individual drivers) and B2B customers (company fleets, courier and sales teams), as well as personnel working in energy and ventilation-intensive environments. Planned measures/assets: • Photovoltaic power plant 35 kW for own consumption, configured without return to the grid – to cover daytime loads (lighting of service areas, compressors and hoists, diagnostic equipment, office and IT, ventilation/air conditioning). • Air-to-water heat pump units, total capacity 80 kW – for highly efficient heating/cooling and DHW at low operating costs. • Recuperative heating/ventilation/cooling unit with a capacity of 700 m³/h – for controlled ventilation, recovery of exhaust air heat and improved air quality in indoor work spaces. Objectives: (1) reduction of final electricity consumption and energy costs; (2) increase of self-consumption through own daily production; (3) ensuring stable temperature and ventilation conditions for safe and quality service; (4) lower peak loads and more reliable operation of the installations. Main activities: energy and technical survey; design; delivery and installation of thermal power plants, heat pumps and recuperator (incl. construction, hydro/electrical connections, automation); start-up and commissioning; staff training; setting of production/consumption monitoring and HVAC parameters for maximum self-consumption and comfort. Expected results: significant reduction of network consumption and operating costs; more stable energy profile with reduced peaks; improved working environment (temperature, fresh air, lower humidity and odors); extended equipment life due to smoother modes; reduction of CO₂ emissions
