Tiara 84 Ltd. has been running a catering establishment for 12 years, serving the entire Southern Industrial Zone of the city of Shumen. More and more customers are ordering takeout, which expands the market segment we serve to the entire city. We maintain high quality of the food we offer because we use selected products, have qualified staff and put a lot of love into our work. Naturally, this cannot happen without quality professional equipment. With each passing year, we increase the volumes of production, which puts the available equipment and staff to the test. We invest in modern equipment, because equipment quickly depreciates and technologies in our industry are developing. The professional kitchen equipment we use runs on electricity. Electricity is a major expense in forming the cost of our production. In our activities, we use a variety of equipment, with the largest consumers of electricity being grills, fryers, ovens and convection ovens. To reduce production costs and make our business "greener", we will install a photovoltaic power plant for our own use with a capacity of 56kW and batteries for energy storage. The implementation of this equipment will lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the company, a decrease in production costs and an increase in the profit margin.
