The main need that the project addresses is the need to increase energy efficiency, reduce dependence on external energy suppliers and optimize energy costs through the effective use of renewable energy. The project is aimed at improving energy efficiency and promoting the use of energy from renewable sources in the activities of "NANCI-COM" EOOD, through the supply and installation of heat pumps, a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with a capacity of 35 kW, installation of energy-efficient insulation systems (external solid doors) and energy-saving lighting. Main target group: the beneficiary enterprise, which will increase its energy efficiency, energy independence and competitiveness. Indirect users: hotel guests, who will benefit from a more sustainable, environmentally friendly and comfortable accommodation environment; company employees, who will work in an energy-optimized and healthier working environment; the local community, which will benefit from the reduced carbon footprint and the positive environmental effect. Main activities: 1. Organization and preparation for project implementation. 2. Delivery, installation and commissioning of air-to-water heat pumps (3 pcs. of 16 kW each) for heating, cooling and hot water production. 3. Construction of a 35 kW FPP (including photovoltaic modules, inverter and energy storage system); 3. Construction and installation of energy-efficient insulation systems - replacement of 7 pcs. external solid doors and installation of energy-saving lighting. 5. Information and publicity activities in accordance with the requirements of the program. The implementation of the project will lead to increased energy efficiency, reduced operating costs, improved sustainability and the provision of a more environmentally friendly tourism product. In this way, a significant contribution will be made to the objectives of the procedure and the national policy for promoting energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources.
