Custom software solutions are applications or programs that are developed with the individual needs and preferences of users in mind. These solutions are usually aimed at one or a small number of users and are developed to solve specific problems or meet specific requirements and needs. Nowadays, despite the serious development of new technologies, a large part of smaller enterprises, especially in Bulgaria, do not have the financial opportunity and capacity to build their own software solutions that would simplify their operations. With the present project proposal, Grind Web Studio envisages the development of software to solve this problem - REDLink.
REDLink represents a significant advance in how businesses can harness the power of AI, not only to automate tasks, but also to create and develop personal information systems in an intuitive, user-centric way. This innovation opens up new opportunities for operational efficiency and customization across industries, redefining the landscape of enterprise software solutions.
Due to the nature of the innovation, the project proposal of Grind Web Studio falls entirely within the thematic area "Informatics and ICT" of ISIS 2021-2027, which is a priority for the city of Sofia, where the project will be implemented. More specifically, the project proposal fits into the thematic sub-area "Internet services; software as a service, innovation-as-a-service and everything-as-a-service (SaaS, IaaS and XaaS) and service architecture.

Извършване на изследвания, изпитвания, измервания и валидиране, необходими за разработването на продуктова иновация (иновация в бизнес процесите, насочена към производство на стоки и предоставяне на услуги).: Дейността включва разработването на иновативна софтуерна система, която да създава персонални софтуерни решения, без необходимост от софтуерни познания. Същинската дейност по проекта ще бъде осъществена в 3 етапа:
1. Индустриално изследване - Този етап включва създаването и формализирането на нови знания за това, как AI може да бъде дълбоко интегриран в потребителските интерфейси, не само като добавка, но и като присъща част от системата.
2. Експериментално развитие - Този етап включва прилагане на новоразработените знания за създаване на иновативни продукти. По-конкретно, тук теоретичната рамка на UX се превръща в практични, използваеми интерфейси, където границата между изкуствения интелект и потребителския интерфейс се размива постепенно.
3. Тестване и внедряване на иновацията - Този етап включва тестване, усъвършенстване и в крайна сметка създаване на нов тип интерфейс на приложението, който значително подобрява взаимодействието с потребителя.
