"Lubrica" Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of industrial oils offering over 150 products. The applicant declares support for its main economic activity under 19.20 "Production of refined petroleum products and coal and peat briquettes". The main activity for which support is requested consists entirely and exclusively of recycling derivatives of fossil fuels, and as such, it does not fall within the scope of ineligible activities. The main activity of the enterprise, respectively the project activity, not only does not increase the incineration or landfilling of waste, but utilizes 100% hazardous waste - used (worn-out and decommissioned) oils by preventing their incineration or landfilling. Within the framework of the project, "Lubrica" Ltd. declares costs for the acquisition of assets from group 9 "Compressors" as per App. 4.1: - 1 compressor with inverter control and a dryer with a nominal power of the main engine: 55kW - 1 receiver with a volume of 10,000 l. The investment will modernize a key auxiliary process-the compression, supply and storage of compressed air, without which the production cycle in the complex of installations cannot function. The compressor with inverter control,integrated dryer and engine of the highest class ≥IE4 and the receiver will guarantee stable pressure and flow parameters, removal of moisture and condensation and extension of the life of the installations. By implementing energy-efficient compressor equipment, electricity consumption, operating costs, and unplanned downtime will be reduced. The investment will enhance production reliability and resilience and ensure stable utilization of production capacities. The investment represents a supporting technology for the recovery of residual waste within the framework of the circular economy, fully aligned with the objectives of the procedure – improving energy efficiency, reducing the carbon footprint, and supporting green transformation and sustainable development.
