The project proposal envisions the construction of a hybrid three-phase photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 15 kW on the roof of a building owned by the company VECTOR OOD., located in the town of Troyan. Additionally, the project includes the supply and commissioning of a high-efficiency three-phase heat pump with a capacity of 22 kW. The investment will be implemented under Priority 2 “Circular Economy”, Specific Objective RSO2.1 - “Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions”, and is aimed at sustainably reducing the company’s energy dependence through the application of renewable energy solutions. The project involves the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a rooftop photovoltaic system. In addition, the heat pump system will provide energy-efficient heating and cooling for production and office premises. The implementation of the project will contribute to a significant reduction in electricity consumption from external sources, lower greenhouse gas emissions, mitigate the negative effects of electricity price fluctuations, and improve the company’s energy efficiency and competitiveness. The project complies with the “do no significant harm” principle and is aligned with national and European goals for the energy transition, climate neutrality, and increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the energy mix.
