CONSTRUCTION GROUP EOOD is a leading company in Shumen and in the country for the construction of residential and other buildings. The building with an area of 1012 m2, which is relevant to the project, was built more than 35 years ago and is used to make blanks of metal, reinforcement and other types of products necessary for the implementation of construction sites. The roof of the building was renovated several years ago. The walls are made of concrete panels, without thermal insulation, and the joinery is metal with thin single glass 3 mm thick. During the autumn-winter period, we have a deteriorated and unstable microclimate in terms of temperature and humidity. In order to improve its energy efficiency, the company has decided to make investments through this project. The project proposal concerns Improving the energy efficiency of CONSTRUCTION GROUP EOOD through: 1. ENERGY-EFFICIENT INSULATION SYSTEMS IN BUILDINGS 1.1. Thermal insulation systems for external walls and floors to outside air by installing wall sandwich panels: 650 m2 and 1.2. Transparent enclosing structures - installation of external windows and doors with extruded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) frames: 165 m2 The expected results of the project are expressed in improving energy efficiency and improving the microclimate of the building for the preparation of quality metal blanks and products for construction, which will contribute to increasing competitiveness and reducing the company's energy costs.
