The project proposal outlines the introduction of energy-efficient measures at the family-run Hotel "Les," located in the city park of Razgrad. The main problems faced by the establishment are inefficient heating and ventilation systems, as well as high energy carrier costs, which affect the value of the service provided. This makes the hotel unattractive to tourists and visitors to the city. Within the scope of the project, a comprehensive investment is planned to improve the energy efficiency of Hotel "Les," including the introduction of energy-efficient ventilation, heating, and cooling systems: one Waste Heat Recovery System with a capacity of 56 kW and one VRV heat pump with a capacity of 56 kW. These systems will cover the ventilation and climate control needs of the kitchen, restaurant, conference rooms, common areas, and dishwashing room. Additionally, a renewable energy production system is planned: a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 30 kW combined with a battery storage system with a capacity of 60 kWh. The new facility will produce the energy required to power the hotel, including the new ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. The generated energy will be solely for the hotel's own consumption, without the possibility of sale. The new energy-efficient solutions are expected to improve the hotel's climate control efficiency with reduced energy consumption, making the stay of guests and staff much more comfortable and increasing the occupancy rate of the establishment, especially during the winter season. Reduced energy costs will make the service more affordable, and the facility more attractive to visitors to the city. The project will be implemented in Razgrad within 12 months.
