ATERRICA Ltd. is a company with a main economic activity classified under the NACE code 22.23: Manufacture of joinery and other plastic products for construction. The company's activity is characterized by high energy intensity and high consumption of electricity. The main (overall) objective of the project is:To make investments in the enterprise related to improving its energy efficiency, thereby accelerating the Candidate's transition to climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint and optimizing its energy consumption. The main objective of the project fully corresponds to and directly contributes to achieving the objective of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises". The project will be implemented through the implementation of Activities eligible under the procedure, aimed at improving energy efficiency and using energy from renewable sources in enterprises, within which the implementation of the following investments is planned according to the List of eligible asset categories in the field of energy efficiency and the use of energy from renewable sources: 1.Compressed air compressor - with inverter control with a nominal power of the main engine 22 kW - 1 unit (under item 9 of the List) 2. Compressed air tank (receiver) - with an air volume of 2000 liters - 1 piece (according to item 9 of the List) 3. Compressed air dryers - 1 piece with a nominal power of the main compressor 22 kW (according to item 11 of the List) 4. Energy-efficient insulation systems in buildings - thermal insulation systems from sandwich panels for roofs - 616 sq.m. (item 12 of the List) As a result of the project implementation, the energy efficiency of the Candidate will be improved, and the above will contribute to increasing its competitiveness and reducing its energy intensity.
