Optimization of energy consumption and improvement of competitiveness in TEMPO 2 OOD will be achieved through investment in a screw compressor, a vertical air receiver for compressed air and an energy-saving freon dryer. The screw compressor provides: -Higher air compression efficiency compared to traditional piston compressors. -Frequency control (VSD) allows adaptation of the operating speed to the actual load of the concrete units, avoiding unnecessary electricity consumption at partial load. -Reduction of stops and failures - stable operation of the compressor ensures continuity of the production process, which increases efficiency and reduces losses. Vertical air receiver: -Buffers and stabilizes the pressure in the pneumatic network, ensuring a continuous supply of compressed air to all concrete units. -Covers consumption peaks without additional load on the compressor, which reduces frequent starts and stops and leads to energy savings. -Reduces wear on pneumatic mechanisms and air leaks, which also optimizes electricity consumption. Energy-saving freon dryer: -Removes moisture from the air through adaptive cooling and regulation of the cooling cycle according to the actual flow rate. -Protects pneumatic valves, cylinders and dispensers from corrosion and freezing, which reduces emergency stops and repairs. -Reduces the dryer's electricity consumption by 20–40% compared to standard models, which further optimizes overall energy consumption.
