ET "ANDI Ani Ivanova" is an established company in the furniture industry (furniture varnishing), based in the village of Yana, Kremikovtsi district, Sofia. The company has its own production facility in the village of Yana with an area of 1200 sq.m., as well as a separate production and warehouse facility in the city of Sofia - 500 sq.m. For years, the company has been a trusted partner and contractor for large furniture manufacturers such as "Dimat Omega Furniture", "Glas Studio", "Kedar Design", etc. Each production uses large quantities of compressed air to power its production lines. Compressed air is one of the largest energy consumers - it reaches 20% of the total electricity consumption. Existing compressor systems often suffer from high losses when operating at idle, unstable pressure, lack of centralized control and insufficiently effective drying. This leads to increased electricity bills, the risk of technological defects and lower productivity. ET "ANDI Ani Ivanova" is no exception and in order to guarantee work processes without emergency stops and to calmly increase its capacity by installing new machines, it plans to invest in 2 compressed air compressors with inverter control (22 kW) and dryers, as well as implement a centralized control system for the compressor station. The new system will allow for adaptation of work according to the actual load, optimal load distribution between the compressors and constant energy monitoring. Expected effects: 1. Energy: reduction of electricity consumption of the compressor system by up to 5% 2. Environmental: reduction of the carbon footprint by tens of tons of CO₂ per year. 3. Social: better working conditions and higher quality of production. The investment is sustainable in financial, technical and environmental terms - reduction of energy intensity, improvement of energy efficiency, reduction of emissions and increase of the competitiveness of enterprises.
